Is there a fixed cost per month?
Services are charged by the hour, there is no fixed cost. You can use us as and when required.

Do we have to sign a long term contract?
No. We understand that the success of outsourcing services relies on the mutual cooperation and interaction of both parties. As we are flexible, we do not wish to tie any of our clients into a binding long term contract.

We are outside of Perth, are your services still available to us?
We can communicate through email, telephone, fax and SMS. We are always contactable during office hours to accommodate your needs.

How will your services affect our existing bookkeeping setup?
Your existing setup will remain the same. Our services are designed to work seamlessly with your existing processes, to get them to work in the most efficient and economical manner. Your current setup will not be disturbed in any way.

How does the bookkeeping process work?
You scan your documents then email them to us. Once we receive these documents, we will complete the work and send it back to you with a job report. The process is variable for each client, so please contact us to find out how it can work for you.

We are not computer experts, can you provide us with technical help and support?
Absolutely. If you are based in Perth, we can come and visit you. We can help you with MYOB and other software systems and can also provide training. In addition, we offer ongoing help and assistance to all of our customers over telephone and email.

Do we need any specialist staff?
The main purpose of outsourcing is to save money. All that's required is an administrative person at your end to save and send copies of your documents. We take care of the technical side. We can also provide you with technical assistance to help facilitate this process.
